  • Our event photography packages

    Legacy Glamour Creations event photography packages are simple, straight-forward and affordable. Our event photography package starts with two hours of photography for you, friends, family, and the highlights of your event. We will take as many photos as you want and can stay for as long as you need. We make sure to capture the life of your event. We photography the finest details of your event as well as a mix of candid photography and posed shots. We take direction well and we welcome our client’s feedback. After your event, we will spend time perfecting your photos by integrating special touchup techniques, enhanced color correction adjustments, and photo sharpening to make sure your photos look sharp and vibrant. We will then provide you with a high-quality disc of all your photos. Additionally, we will upload all of the photos to your very own online photo gallery to share with your friends and family. We will provide you with the link and password to access your photo gallery. We can also develop prints, photo albums, and any other special requests that you may have.   • Onsite prints of event photos (framed or unframed), photobooth setups and other additional services (such as custom digital backgrounds or custom made back drops that you can keep) are available for additional fees depending on your event needs. Please specify in your request for a quotes.

    How it works at your event:

    1. Choose your package and contact us to book your date!
    2. A photographer arrives at your event with backdrops, props, lights, camera. (We need about 30-40 minutes to set up in a space at least 12 x 12 feet with access to two electrical outlets. Set up time is not charged and does not come out of the time allocated to your active photobooth service.)
    3. Our photographer shoots as many photos as he or she can fit into the time you've chosen. (1.5 hrs normally yields about 200-250 photos).

    How you get your photos after your event:

    • Depending on what your package includes you may have prints, a flash card (which you keep), or a password protected online gallery from which you (and your guests, at your discretion) can download the web resolution files the next 2-3 business days. 
    • On-the-spot printing takes about 3 minutes per print. The printing is normally done after the event is over and prints are made available to the host who then distributes them to their guests. Optionally, you can authorize the photographer to print and sell photos to your guests directly.

    Once you've tried us once you'll want to have us at all your parties (yes, discounts are available for clients who book more than 5 events with us during the calendar year).

    NOTE: 50% Deposit is due a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your events

    • Rapid delivery (immediate delivery of select images and/or full delivery within 4hrs of a daytime event) is available for a surcharge of $100

    • If your event runs through meal time when images are not normally taken, a meal for the photographer(s) is appreciated.

    • A $75 surcharge is added to any event within a 50 mile radius outside of the Los Angeles County area. Additional travel expenses beyond 50 miles. Parking expenses are billed to the client at cost.

    • *Prints, wall portraits, coffee table books, albums and other items are available for purchase.
